So many of the ministry training programs and courses I see offered come from a very narrow demographic - usually white men who serve and/or planted large churches. While I think many of these offer value, and I also do trainings (though I only fit half that description), we do a disservice to the presence and activity of the Holy Spirit if we do not actively look for the wisdom found in the beautiful diversity of God’s kingdom. I am cheering for you, Rachel, as you seek to help platform more voices and perspectives!

I can recall that Digital Ministry training. Good times! Crazy that that was half a decade ago.
